Understanding the complex biological function of macromolecules requires constant improvement of the state-of-the-art biophysical tools. We develop novel spectroscopic and computational techniques to better probe dynamic molecular architectures and their modulations as a response to various factors.

Detection of metabolites and monitoring their variations over the wide range of conditions, organisms and time brings us closer to decoding the entire metabolome of individual cell, tissue, organism or even ecosystems. A goal of many studies is to identify molecular biomarkers reporting on certain condition, thus useful for diagnostics. We propose improved and innovative solutions for metabolomics that serve in clinical and environmental diagnostics.
